About the role
SpaceX is looking for a Global Relocation Program Manager to own its employee relocation, immigration and tax programs end to end. You'll run domestic and international moves and assignments, partner with a third-party relocation provider, and design scalable mobility policies that keep pace with the company's growth while staying compliant on both sides of the border. You'll be the in-house subject-matter expert, working with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Compensation. On-site in Hawthorne, CA (relocation required if not local), paying $110k–$145k plus the full SpaceX rewards package.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of domestic, international and intra-country relocations with the third-party provider
- Design and execute global mobility and immigration programs, policies and procedures
- Advise employees and stakeholders on complex relocation, tax, immigration and visa matters
- Partner across HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Compensation and Legal
- Track relocation activity and report visibility to leadership; drive process efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years managing relocation and/or immigration programs for a global company
- Deep knowledge of international immigration law and visa requirements
- Strong project management; proficiency with Excel and MS Office
- ITAR eligibility (U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee, or able to obtain required authorization)
