About the role
LV Petroleum is hiring a Diesel Technician for its Wapakoneta, Ohio operation. You'll keep diesel engines and equipment running through hands-on maintenance and repair work, with walk-in interviews currently open for anyone ready to start.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair diesel engines and related equipment
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems
- Document every maintenance and repair job completed
- Keep current with new diesel repair techniques and equipment
- Follow company safety protocols and industry standards at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diesel vocational training preferred
- Solid hands-on experience maintaining and repairing diesel equipment
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear, professional communication
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Flexible availability, including some nights and weekends
