About the role
Lessen is hiring an HVAC Technician to handle maintenance, repair, and installation work across the Phoenix, AZ metro area. You'll run a dispatched field schedule with a company vehicle, steady weekday hours, and a clear path toward a Lead Technician role.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, service calls, installations, and repairs on residential, commercial, and light-industrial HVAC systems
- Independently diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
- Complete service calls and project work on schedule
- Keep the service vehicle stocked, organized, and road-ready
- Travel to multiple service locations across the metro area each day
- Support other technicians with troubleshooting on tougher jobs
- Handle light home-repair tasks alongside core HVAC work as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working in attics and on roofs
- Able to regularly lift/push/pull 50 lbs, and up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Intermediate-to-advanced HVAC troubleshooting ability

- $28/hour starting pay plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Quarterly discretionary bonus up to 5% of earnings
