About the role
VIXXO is hiring a full-time HVAC-R Equipment Technician to service and repair commercial refrigeration and coffee/espresso equipment across a Bronx, NY territory. You'll work independently in the field, building relationships with restaurant accounts while keeping their equipment running to spec.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair commercial refrigeration and ice machine equipment at restaurant accounts
- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water filtration systems
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across an assigned territory
- Meet service-level agreements through thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate documentation
Requirements
- HVAC-R certification preferred, with at least 2 years of commercial refrigeration experience
- 2+ years in a customer-facing or customer-service role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and inventory tracking
- Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted

- $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience
