About the role
InHome Therapy is hiring a full-time licensed Occupational Therapist to treat adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Houston. You'll own your schedule with a consistent caseload supplied through their agency-partner network, backed by paid training, mentorship and therapy-first clinical and admin support. Pay is per-visit ($75–$85 per evaluation) plus a clinical-excellence bonus based on visit complexity and volume, with mileage reimbursement and a tablet/data plan provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength and function to set individualized goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate, timely home-health documentation per Medicare and agency standards
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with email, texting and EMR systems (training provided)
