About the role
MIYO Health is hiring a remote Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Nebraska school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fully remote, flexible contract position with part-time, full-time, and mid-year coverage options.
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech-language therapy sessions to students virtually
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Build individualized treatment plans tied to each student's IEP goals
- Join IEP meetings and coordinate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Keep documentation and progress notes current and compliant
- Follow federal, state, and district service regulations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Nebraska SLP license, or willingness to obtain one (MIYO covers licensure costs)
- Prior school-based SLP experience
- Teletherapy experience a plus
- Comfortable working with virtual service-delivery technology
