About the role
AXIS Teletherapy — founded by two SLP sisters — delivers remote therapy to schools nationwide and is hiring a California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students virtually. You'll run personalized teletherapy sessions, collaborate with educators, and help students build the communication skills behind learning and confidence — all from home, with strong mentorship and a supportive clinician community. This is a 1099 contract role starting at $60/hour, part-time or full-time, with a 15-hour-per-week daytime minimum.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized virtual speech-language therapy to school students
- Collaborate with educators and track measurable student progress
- Document sessions accurately and uphold professional/ethical standards
Requirements
- Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA/ASHA-accredited program
- Active California SLP license and California residency
- 2+ years of experience in a school setting
- Reliable setup for remote sessions; strong time management
