About the role
Parallel is staffing virtual SLPs licensed in Kentucky for the 2026-2027 school year. You'll provide IEP-aligned teletherapy, run evaluations with Parallel's test library and report-writing tools, and join IEP meetings, with both direct and indirect time paid.
Responsibilities
- Provide IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions
- Conduct speech-language evaluations using Parallel's test library and automated report writer
- Join IEP meetings and case-manage 'Speech Only' students when required
- Track session data and write progress reports each reporting cycle
- Deliver state-specific services such as AAC support, Pre-K intervention, screenings and SLPA supervision
Requirements
- Current ASHA CCC-SLP
- Active Kentucky SLP license
- 1+ year of recent full-time school-based experience after the CFY (2+ preferred for case management)
- Solid knowledge of the IEP process, eligibility and evaluation reports
- Comfort with telehealth platforms; Medicaid billing experience is a plus
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
