About the role
Defense-technology company Anduril Industries is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Associate for its Supply Chain team in Santa Ana, CA. You'll handle shipping/receiving, pull and stage orders, run cycle counts, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks to keep material moving accurately between the Santa Ana and Costa Mesa sites. Pay is $23–$31/hour, and most full-time offers include equity plus top-tier benefits.
Responsibilities
- Process shipping and receiving; pull, pack, label, load and secure product
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and machinery to move materials
- Run cycle counts and keep inventory accurate; maintain stock and report shortages
- Courier inventory between Santa Ana and Costa Mesa as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license; able to work 1st or 2nd shift plus overtime
- Onsite in/near Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA
- Forklift experience/license preferred; ERP familiarity a plus
