JobSnag ("JobSnag," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at jobsnag.us, a free job board that gathers remote and work-from-home job listings across the United States and links job seekers directly to employers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
You do not need to create an account to browse listings or apply to jobs. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We use this only to respond to you.
Information collected automatically
When you visit JobSnag, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical information, including:
- Your IP address, general location (such as country or region), and device and browser type.
- Pages you view, links you click, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits.

We do not ask you to upload a resume to JobSnag, and we do not run a resume database. Applications are completed on the employer's own website.

- Display and measure advertising that helps keep JobSnag free.

- Netlify — website hosting and content delivery.
- Supabase — database and content storage.
We do not sell your personal information.
Applying to jobs
When you click "Apply" on a listing, you leave JobSnag and are taken to the employer's or a third party's website. Any information you submit there — including your name, contact details, and resume — is collected and controlled by that third party, not by JobSnag. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site before submitting your information.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to opt out of certain processing.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you rights including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. JobSnag is intended for adults seeking employment and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of JobSnag after an update means you accept the revised policy.
