A growing infectious disease practice in Hillsborough Township, NJ is looking for a full-time, on-site Billing Specialist to join its revenue-cycle team. The role centers on keeping claims coded accurately for a busy, high-volume specialty office.
Responsibilities
- Apply, update, and correct CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes on patient claims
- Support daily billing operations for a high-volume infectious disease practice
- Collaborate within a fast-paced in-house billing team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant medical billing/coding experience
- Solid working knowledge of medical coding systems
- Certified Coder credential preferred (e.g., CPC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented work ethic
