About the role
CertiK — the world's largest blockchain security auditor, with $557B+ in digital assets secured across 4,900+ enterprise clients — is hiring a Blockchain Security Engineer to audit smart contracts, research new attack vectors, and build internal security tooling for the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Audit smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and dApps to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
- Conduct security research on emerging attack vectors and deliver actionable findings
- Design and maintain internal security tools and automated scanning frameworks
- Contribute to improving service delivery methodologies and client-facing documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Security
- 1+ years hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (EVM smart contracts, Solana, Cosmos, etc.)
- Proficiency in Rust, Go, Solidity, or Python
- Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and security analysis
- Genuine passion for DeFi, cryptocurrency, and decentralized systems
