About the role
Oshi Health runs virtual-first, multidisciplinary GI care for adults with complex digestive conditions. As the GI Expert Nurse Practitioner, you'll deliver telehealth visits for conditions like IBD, GERD, and other DGBIs alongside a team of GI physicians, dietitians, and behavioral health specialists — following ROME IV, AGA, and ACG clinical guidelines rather than working solo.
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual GI care aligned with evidence-based protocols (ROME IV, AGA, ACG guidelines)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, dietitians, and behavioral health specialists on shared treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation
- Split time roughly 30 hours/week on direct patient care and 10 hours/week on administrative work
- Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
- Pursue additional state licensure as the panel grows
Requirements
- Current licensure as CRNP or APRN with a Master's or Doctoral degree
- Board certification as an Adult or Family NP (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
- 3+ years of gastroenterology experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong multidisciplinary communication skills
- Preferred: licensure in 2+ additional states within 60 days, telehealth experience, familiarity with Zoom/Google Suite/Salesforce/Athena
