About the role
Blue Valley Heating, Cooling & Plumbing — serving the Denver and Boulder areas for 30+ years — is hiring an HVAC Service Technician in Englewood, CO. You'll maintain and repair HVAC systems, build rapport with customers, and recommend the right solutions, backed by a free industry-leading tool package and paid training. Pay is uncapped, with technicians earning $100,000–$150,000/year plus incentives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Build customer rapport and recommend the correct service and solutions
- Keep a clean, organized job site and truck
- Take part in training, meetings and company events
Requirements
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installation practices (boiler knowledge a plus)
- ServiceTitan familiarity a plus; strong organization and communication
- Valid driver's license with an insurable record
- Able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and varied environments, and lift 50+ lbs
