About the role
DentalXChange, a dental EDI and software company, is hiring a remote Implementation Specialist to onboard clients onto its products. You'll run implementation calls and software walk-throughs, answer client questions, and manage your own portfolio of dental-practice accounts. Fully remote (from a single approved US worksite), full-time — a client-facing role with real room to grow across the company.
Responsibilities
- Communicate product value and schedule and lead client implementation calls
- Perform client demonstrations and software walk-throughs
- Manage activity, growth, services, and cancellations for your assigned client portfolio
- Identify at-risk clients and upsell opportunities and support them proactively
- Take escalated calls from sales and other departments
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 1 year of client-services experience (major-account experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for demos and walk-throughs
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Comfortable working remotely from a single approved US worksite
