About the role
Anchorage Digital, an institutional crypto custody platform, is hiring a Member of Custody Operations to be the hands-on operator keeping day-to-day digital-asset custody running smoothly for its institutional clients. You'll be the person reviewing and approving transactions, running operational processes, and making sure client requests move quickly and correctly across a regulated crypto environment — part finance-ops discipline, part crypto fluency.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational tasks for institutional custody clients, from request intake to execution
- Build and refine the operational processes that keep client-facing workflows running smoothly
- Review and approve digital-asset transactions before they go out
- Partner across Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to resolve client needs
- Take part in evening/weekend on-call coverage, since institutional crypto operations run outside standard business hours
- Support the company's security-first culture, including in-person identity verification and secure device setup as part of onboarding
Requirements
- 2-4 years in financial services and/or digital assets, ideally touching institutional client operations
- Comfort working inside a regulated-industry environment and its compliance expectations
- Solid grounding in traditional finance products and strategies
- Working knowledge of blockchain/crypto concepts, or strong motivation to get there fast
- Experience supporting clients across multiple channels (chat, email, phone, video)
- Adaptability — this is a fast-moving company with evolving priorities
What we offer
- Paid training and support during your first weeks.
- Stable Monday-to-Friday schedule.
- Growth opportunities within the company.
