About the role
BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist for its East Cobb-area clinic in Marietta, Georgia. It's a hands-on, in-person clinical role with strong outcome-based incentives — over 90% of therapists qualify for the monthly clinical bonus — plus mentorship and a clear path toward clinic leadership for a DPT who wants both.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic conditions
- Deliver hands-on outpatient therapy focused on measurable functional outcomes
- Track and document patient progress to support outcomes-driven care
- Collaborate with front-desk, aide, and clinical staff to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Build relationships with patients and referring providers in the local community
- Participate in ongoing clinical education, mentorship, and professional development programs
- Cover full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts as clinic scheduling requires
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license, or license-eligible
- Comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
- Strong communication and patient-relationship skills
