About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse for home health visits throughout Monroe County, PA (based around East Stroudsburg). You'll deliver 1:1 care in patients' homes on a flexible schedule — administering medications, wound care and treatments, monitoring conditions, and documenting on a touch-pad tablet. Responsibilities
- Make home visits across Monroe County following each patient's care plan
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Clinical Manager
- Perform assessments and document care on a state-of-the-art tablet
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (med/surg) experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work independently and travel to assigned cases (home care experience preferred)
