About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for one-on-one home care shifts in Clarks Summit, PA. You'll give dedicated, one-patient-at-a-time care in the client's home, choosing morning, evening, or overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks that fit your schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to a single patient in their home for the full shift
- Monitor the patient's condition and respond to changes in status
- Follow the individualized care plan set by the clinical team
- Document care accurately after each shift
- Communicate with BAYADA's 24/7 clinical support line as needed
Requirements
- Current, valid U.S. nursing license (LPN)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Willing to complete paid simulation-lab training before starting shifts
