About the role
Foxtail Coffee Co., the Winter Park-founded specialty roaster, is looking for a barista to join its Tavistock Lakes cafe in Orlando, Florida. You'll be the person turning out consistently great drinks across a full specialty menu, moving fast without cutting corners on quality, and keeping your station and the wider shop guest-ready. Foxtail welcomes applicants at any experience level and will work around a range of availability, making this a solid entry point into specialty coffee or a flexible fit alongside other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and craft the full range of beverage offerings consistently, drink after drink
- Work with speed and precision so orders stay accurate even during rushes
- Keep the barista station organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout each shift
- Help maintain cleanliness across the broader cafe space
- Bring genuine attention to detail to every cup served
Requirements
- No prior barista or coffee experience required — Foxtail will train the right candidate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing cafe environment
- Open availability is a plus, but Foxtail says it will work with a range of schedules
