About the role
Dental365's Rittenhouse Dentist practice in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania (Main Line) is hiring a part-time Dental Hygienist for a three-day weekly schedule. You'll join a modern, patient-first practice that gives hygienists dedicated one-hour recall appointments and steers clear of production quotas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, concierge-style hygiene care that builds lasting patient trust
- Screen for early signs of periodontal disease and oral cancer during routine visits
- Document detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints
- Capture x-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and track changes over time
- Perform oral hygiene procedures according to the treatment plan set by the attending dentist
- Respond confidently to emergency situations that arise during patient treatment
- Coach patients on at-home oral care and hygiene maintenance
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Solid working knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and clinical documentation
- Any additional license or certification the state requires for the role
