About the role
Canvas Restaurant & Market, part of the Tavistock Restaurant Collection, is hiring an experienced Server for its waterfront New American restaurant in Orlando's Laureate Park neighborhood. You'll deliver attentive, high-volume hospitality across brunch, lunch, dinner, and happy hour service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and guide them through food and beverage menus, including wine, beer, and cocktail selections
- Take and enter orders accurately via POS while coordinating with kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver attentive service from greeting through payment in a high-volume dining room
- Keep assigned sections clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout each shift
- Build genuine guest connections and support teammates across the floor as needed
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of serving experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Working knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, beer, and cocktails
- Strong multitasking and professional communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Genuine hospitality mindset and team-first attitude
