About the role
Aspire Living & Learning is hiring a per diem Direct Support Professional for its residential program in Nashua, NH. You'll provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities, from daily living tasks to recreational activities, with pay starting at $20/hour based on education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support with daily activities, including household chores, meal preparation, and personal care
- Facilitate recreational, learning, and physical fitness activities
- Represent residents' needs and preferences in program planning
- Provide transportation to community activities using a company or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid US driver's license with 3+ years of driving history and auto insurance
- Prior experience supporting individuals with disabilities strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Therap is a plus
- Must pass a background check
