About the role
Sollis Health runs concierge-model clinics that deliver ER-level urgent care outside the traditional hospital setting. This per-diem RN role covers 2–4 shifts a month at the Palm Beach location (with occasional Boca Raton coverage), treating adult and pediatric patients for the kind of cases you'd normally see in a hospital emergency room — under physician and PA supervision, for a smaller, high-touch member base.
Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency-level medical care under physician and PA oversight
- Manage COVID-related testing and symptom evaluation cases
- Perform IV access, phlebotomy, vaccinations, and EKGs
- Document care accurately in Athena Health and Salesforce
- Maintain and track medication inventory
- Coordinate closely with the on-site clinical team
- Deliver attentive, professional communication to a high-touch patient base
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current, active Florida RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (obtainable upon hire)
- 2–3 years of experience in ER, med/surg, critical care, or urgent care
- Strong EHR proficiency and clinical documentation skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
