About the role
Christ Fellowship is hiring a full-time Audio Engineer to craft studio-grade, emotionally engaging live audio for weekend services across its South Florida campuses. Reporting to the Production Director, you'll mix live worship, manage consoles and stage patching, integrate new gear, and keep audio systems organized and dialed in. This is a hands-on live-production role for an experienced engineer fluent in modern digital consoles and networked audio. Note: the role asks that you make Christ Fellowship your church home.
Responsibilities
- Mix and deliver a sonically smooth, studio-grade weekend audio experience
- Manage and update consoles and stage patching/pinning
- Integrate equipment upgrades and propose new system expansions
- Maintain all audio systems and spaces in organized, efficient working order
- Collaborate with Central Production, Campus Worship Pastor and Campus Pastor
Requirements
- Bachelor's/associate's/technical degree in a relevant field + 2 years' experience, or 4+ years mixing live audio
- Fluent with Avid VENUE and Yamaha digital consoles; operational knowledge of Avid Pro Tools
- Working knowledge of audio plugins, RTA software and networked audio (AVB, Dante, A-Net)
- Skilled in wireless mic/IEM frequency coordination and mixing backline instruments
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (no H-1B sponsorship)
