About the role
Anduril Industries is hiring an AV Technician for its Costa Mesa, CA campus to keep audiovisual operations running across conference rooms, large event spaces, and executive presentations. You'll set up and support AV gear, handle live streaming and podcast production, and deliver white-glove support for high-profile visitors. It's a hands-on role for an AV pro who stays calm under pressure and likes solving technical problems fast.
Responsibilities
- Provide rapid-response support for AV issues across conference rooms and large event spaces
- Set up and tear down AV equipment for events and prepare new equipment deployments
- Own podcast production and live streaming operations when needed
- Manage campus-wide AV inventory and coordinate equipment logistics
- Resolve requests through Jira ticketing, walk-ups, and deskside support
- Deliver white-glove AV support for executive and government-visitor presentations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional audiovisual experience
- Ability to stay composed during high-pressure sessions with executives and officials
- Physical capability for hands-on work and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Familiarity with enterprise AV/control platforms (Crestron, Q-SYS) and video conferencing (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms) a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and join an on-call rotation
