About the role
Community of Hope Church is looking for a Production Leader to plan, program, and run the technical production for weekend services and events at its Loxahatchee Groves campus. Working alongside the campus Worship Leader and reporting to the Executive Director of Production, you'll lead a team of volunteers through audio mixing, camera, and lighting for every service. This is a hands-on ministry-tech role for someone fluent on digital audio consoles and ProPresenter who is energized by leading people.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, program, and execute all technical elements of weekend services and events
- Mix live worship audio, guide camera framing, and set lighting looks for services
- Direct and lead the production volunteer team through every service and event
- Schedule teams weekly in Planning Center Online and attend all rehearsals
- Review each service for what worked and what needs improvement, and build relationships with volunteers
Requirements
- Two or more years of production experience
- Hands-on experience with digital audio mixing consoles
- Working knowledge of ProPresenter 7 and presentation software
- Strong people skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A practicing Christ follower engaged in a local church (this is a ministry role)
