About the role
Affinity Management Services runs HOA and condo associations across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This role puts you in charge of board and homeowner relationships, vendor oversight, and the finances for a portfolio of South Florida communities — with real accountability for how the community actually runs.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with boards and homeowners, and resolve complaints directly
- Manage vendor relationships and hold them to service standards
- Inspect facilities for maintenance and security issues
- Prepare board meeting agendas and maintain official records
- Put together monthly financial reports and variance analysis
- Build annual budgets and manage association finances
- Prepare RFPs and evaluate bids on larger projects
- Oversee capital improvement projects over $10,000
- Respond to community emergencies as they come up
Requirements
- Active Community Association Manager (CAM) license
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- High-rise condominium and HOA management experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Comfortable with general office software
