About the role
SmithRx, a venture-backed pharmacy benefit manager, is hiring a remote Implementation Support Specialist to run point on onboarding new third-party administrators onto its platform. Pay is tiered by geographic zone, from $48,500 to $68,400/year depending on where you live.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for third-party administrators through implementation
- Gather and document setup details — contacts, deadlines, account structures, eligibility-file specs
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking open items to keep launches on schedule
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation tasks and keep client records current in Salesforce
- Act as liaison between contracting, billing, and implementation teams
- Provide hands-on go-live support while managing a high-volume, deadline-driven workload
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing meetings
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Healthcare or pharmacy background and prior customer-service experience preferred
