About the role
InHome Therapy is hiring a home-health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to treat adult and geriatric patients around Houston. You'll work under a supervising PT, helping patients regain strength and function in their homes, with a consistent caseload through the agency-partner network and full autonomy over your schedule. Pay is per-visit ($45–$54), with mileage reimbursement, a tablet/data plan, paid training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide home-health physical therapy under the supervision of a PT
- Visit adult and geriatric patients to help them regain strength and function
- Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
- Build rapport and brighten each patient's day
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with email, texting and EMR systems (training provided)
