About the role
Results Physiotherapy (part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network) is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic clinic in Murfreesboro, TN — new grads welcome. You'll build individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver outcomes-driven therapy while central support teams handle the admin so you can focus on patients. Pay is $75,000–$90,000/year plus an achievable monthly clinical bonus (90%+ of clinicians qualify), with student-loan repayment help and a clear path toward clinic ownership.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with peers and build lasting relationships with patients and local providers
- Keep growing through Upstream's residency, fellowship and CEU programs
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Tennessee PT license (or license-eligible)
- New grads encouraged; structured onboarding and mentorship provided
