About the role
Drayer Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist for its clinic in Halifax, PA. You'll build individualized, evidence-based care plans for an outpatient caseload, with structured mentorship that makes this a strong fit for new graduates as well as experienced clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new patients and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on outpatient physical therapy focused on measurable functional outcomes
- Collaborate with clinic peers and referring providers on patient care
- Participate in ongoing professional development through in-house residency and mentorship programs
- Document care thoroughly using the clinic's clinical technology
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or license-eligible
- New graduates welcome — structured mentorship provided
