About the role
Radiology Partners needs a remote analyst to support outpatient radiology applications, including PACS, RIS, 3D imaging, mammography tracking and online scheduling. You'll troubleshoot tickets, support upgrades and migrations, and work with regional IT directors.
Responsibilities
- Support the lifecycle of outpatient PACS, RIS, 3D imaging, mammo tracking and scheduling applications
- Resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow within SLAs
- Assist implementation teams with upgrades and migrations
- Write test plans, join testing and keep technical documentation current
Requirements
- 2-3+ years in clinical application support or implementation, radiology experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of PACS, HL7, RIS, voice recognition and radiology workflows preferred
- Experience with incident, problem and request management; ServiceNow a plus
- Bachelor's in health information systems or related IT field, or equivalent experience preferred
