About the role
3Y Health is hiring a part-time, remote BCBA consultant to help shape its Colorado ABA practice. You'll advise on state-specific regulations, serve as the credentialed provider for payer applications, and have the option to build your own client caseload over time — all on a schedule you control.
Responsibilities
- Advise on Colorado-specific ABA regulations and family-centered, evidence-based care standards
- Serve as the primary credentialed BCBA for payer enrollment and network applications
- Evaluate and give feedback on the practice-management technology platform
- Guide utilization management and payer credentialing processes
- Optionally pick up client caseload to grow toward an independent practice over time
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Colorado licensure (multi-state licensure a plus)
- Familiarity with payer credentialing and utilization management processes
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, consultative capacity
