About the role
LBAPS provides ABA therapy to children across the NYC boroughs, and this contract role is built for a bilingual (English/Spanish) BCBA who wants a flexible 20–30 hour week. You'll run assessments, write treatment plans, and supervise the paraprofessionals delivering day-to-day care. Ideal for a board-certified analyst who wants clinical ownership and a manageable caseload.
Responsibilities
- Perform behavioral assessments and build individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and coach RBTs and paraprofessional staff
- Track client progress through ongoing data analysis
- Provide parent training and coordinate with schools and providers
- Deliver evidence-based ABA services across home, school, and center settings
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience with children who have autism and developmental disabilities
