About the role
Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions runs a full continuum of addiction and mental health care in central Ohio, spanning outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential treatment, psychiatric, and medication-assisted treatment programs. This PRN Behavioral Health Technician role sits inside the residential treatment program, where you'll be a steady, present support for clients working through recovery day to day, coordinating with clinical staff to keep the house running and the program on track.
Responsibilities
- Check in on and monitor clients in the residential program, offering steady support and guidance through daily routines
- Track client progress and flag anything that falls outside program guidelines
- Keep documentation and billing entries accurate and turned in on time
- Act as a mentor and advocate for clients, applying de-escalation techniques when situations get tense
- Coordinate day-to-day care logistics and help manage facility operations, including meals and housekeeping
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all client interactions and recordkeeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED at minimum
- Prior experience as a client advocate, personal care assistant (PCA), or in a comparable support role
- Comfortable working with electronic health records systems
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable access to a personal vehicle
- Must be at least 25 years old
- CDCA certification and ServSafe certification are a plus, though not required
