About the role

Helping Hands Family is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst for its clinic in Harrisburg, PA, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You'll manage a caseload of children with autism ages 2–18, supervise a team of RBTs, and build individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based ABA practice.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, primarily ages 2-18
  • Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients across roughly 28 billable hours per week
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct assessments, write and update individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and the quality team on case management
  • Maintain accurate, ethical documentation per BACB and state guidelines

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB
  • State licensure where required
  • Hands-on ABA experience (an RBT background is a plus for newer BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a clinic-based team environment
