About the role

LBAPS is urgently hiring RBT-certified Paraprofessionals across several Long Island, NY locations. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy under a supervising BCBA
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans consistently across sessions
  • Provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, and community settings
  • Document sessions in the Rethink platform within 24 hours
  • Communicate client progress with families and supervising clinicians

Requirements

  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Working knowledge of ABA techniques and data collection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
