About the role
Circle Care Services, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider serving families across the Southeast, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for its in-clinic program in Lawrenceville, GA (Gwinnett County). You'll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum, with both part-time and full-time daytime schedules available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum
- Use graphing and data-tracking procedures to monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Lead, train, and mentor behavior technicians delivering direct one-on-one therapy
- Apply current ABA techniques and best practices in a clinic-based setting
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure in good standing
- 2–4 years of hands-on ABA instruction experience
- Strong working knowledge of ABA techniques and behavior graphing procedures
- Comfort leading and coaching a team of behavior technicians
