About the role
Daybreak Health is hiring a bilingual Spanish/English therapist for a part-time, W2 teletherapy role supporting K-12 students across North Carolina. It's a predictable afternoon schedule with free weekly supervision and none of the billing or admin overhead of private practice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based individual and family teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina
- Partner with school counselors and families to support student mental health
- Participate in weekly individual and group clinical supervision
- Join case consultations and clinical team discussions
- Maintain session and treatment documentation
Requirements
- Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation
- Available weekdays, roughly 3–8 PM
