About the role
Apollo Behavior, a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence in metro Atlanta, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its Duluth, GA clinic — new to ABA? They'll pay for your training and help you become certified within 2–4 weeks. As an RBT you'll provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA's direction, collect data, and track progress. Pay is $39,520–$52,000/year (hourly) with 30 guaranteed hours, plus a $500 sign-on bonus for already-certified RBTs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–5.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a clinic setting — and make it fun
- Implement treatment goals and behavior plans under a BCBA's direction
- Collect data throughout the day and adapt to how each child learns
- Write session summaries and share progress with your case supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher and a desire to learn ABA
- Comfort with technology (iPads, Microsoft Office) and daily session notes
- Physically able to move quickly, kneel/squat, and lift up to 50 lbs
- RBT certification a plus (paid training provided if new to the field)
