About the role
Alignerr is hiring remote Data Labeling Specialists to help train the AI systems reshaping how people work. You'll categorize, tag, and annotate text, image, and audio data using predefined tag sets and structured guidelines — task-based freelance work you can do on your own schedule, with no prior AI or technical experience required.
Responsibilities
- Label data according to project-specific instructions and predefined tag sets
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across large datasets
- Take part in calibration exercises to stay aligned with project quality standards
- Complete task-based assignments independently on a flexible schedule
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Patience with repetitive, detail-focused work
- Ability to follow written instructions precisely
- Comfortable using web-based tools
- Reliable and able to work independently without close supervision
- No prior labeling, AI, or technical experience required
