About the role
Lanier Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner based in Duluth, GA, is hiring dependable Delivery Drivers to run last-mile routes across the metro Atlanta area. No CDL is required — you'll drive a company-provided cargo or step van and complete 150-200+ stops a day on a set weekly schedule. Full training is provided, so prior delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Load your assigned van with pre-sorted packages at the Duluth warehouse each morning
- Drive a set route using GPS navigation, completing roughly 150 to 200+ stops per shift
- Lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs safely
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience to every customer
- Operate the company cargo or step van in line with safety and traffic regulations
- Communicate promptly with dispatch about delays or route issues
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class C (non-CDL) driver's license with a clean driving record
- One year of commercial or professional driving experience preferred, not required
- DOT physical certification required for step van routes
- Comfortable using a smartphone for route navigation and delivery scans
- Able to work 10-hour shifts, 3 to 4 days a week, with day-shift availability
- Reliable transportation to the Duluth, GA facility
