About the role
Luna delivers outpatient physical therapy directly in patients' homes around Lawrenceville, running a tech-enabled, mobile-first model rather than a traditional home-health agency. Therapists work one-on-one with patients they're matched to within roughly a 30-minute drive of their own location, building their own caseload and setting their own hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home outpatient physical therapy visits to patients matched by location and specialty
- Document each visit through Luna's auto-charting tool or a phone-based workflow
- Build and monitor home exercise programs through the Luna patient app
- Manage your own visit schedule and travel radius day to day
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Georgia physical therapist license
- Reliable personal vehicle for in-home visits
- Current professional liability insurance
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in one or more of: geriatrics, orthopedics, neurology, sports medicine, or general home health preferred
