About the role
New Story Schools is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Circleville, OH. You'll evaluate students' communication needs, build therapy plans tied directly to their IEP goals, and work alongside teachers and families to help kids build the language and communication skills they need to learn and connect with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Design and deliver evidence-based therapy plans aligned to IEP goals
- Provide both direct and consultative services in academic and social settings
- Partner with teachers, related-service providers, and families on progress monitoring
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Ohio state SLP licensure
- Experience working with children with communication challenges
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
