About the role
DRW is hiring a Blockchain Strategy Analyst to sit between its business and engineering teams on the firm's blockchain/web3 product work. You'll turn market research and data analysis into concrete build recommendations, then work directly with product managers and engineers to make sure what ships actually matches the business case.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple sources to build actionable business recommendations
- Support leadership in executing strategic growth initiatives
- Assess the feasibility of new blockchain/web3 initiatives cross-functionally
- Partner with product managers and engineers to deliver technology solutions
- Research market trends, competitors, and gather user feedback
- Translate business requirements into terms engineering teams can act on
- Verify that shipped technology meets the original business requirements
- Help prioritize the roadmap across new products and initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years translating business needs into product requirements
- Familiarity with data systems and software development practices
- Track record of independent execution and leadership
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and financial-modeling skills
- Strategic and analytical problem-solving ability
