About the role
Intermountain Region ASCs is hiring a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist at its Logan Surgery Center in Logan, Utah. You'll assist in procedures under the direction of surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical staff, helping keep the OR safe, efficient, and sterile before, during, and after surgery — on a schedule with no evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures under the direction and supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and sterile operating room before, during, and after procedures
- Work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists/CRNAs, registered nurses, and other surgical technologists to support patient care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program
- Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification as required by state regulations (state grandfathering provisions may exempt some candidates)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1-2 years of clinical OR experience preferred; candidates with 0-2 years will also be considered
