About the role
SAIGroup is looking for a board-certified radiologist to validate AI-generated organ segmentations and annotate findings across CT, MRI, and angiography studies. It's a flexible, pay-per-case role built to fit around an existing clinical practice — no fixed shifts, no minimum weekly hours, and full remote flexibility to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate AI-generated organ segmentations across CT, MRI, and angiography studies
- Annotate radiological abnormalities and assign accurate diagnostic labels to support model training
- Apply subspecialty expertise across chest, cardiac, oncologic, or neurologic imaging
- Partner with the annotation team to flag edge cases and help refine labeling guidelines
- Help maintain the accuracy standards needed for clinical-grade AI training data
Requirements
- Board-certified radiologist (MD or equivalent international credential such as DNB)
- Minimum 3 years of post-training clinical reporting experience
- Working knowledge of at least one imaging subspecialty (chest, cardiac, oncology, or neuro)
- Comfort learning new annotation software — no prior AI experience required
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote review sessions
