About the role
IndeVets is hiring a Flexible Associate Veterinarian to work across its partner clinics in the Dallas, TX area. As a W-2 IndeVet, you pick your own shifts through the company's app — general practice, urgent care, ER, surgery, or dentistry — instead of being tied to one clinic's schedule. It's built for veterinarians who want the variety and freedom of relief work without giving up employee benefits and steady pay.
Responsibilities
- Select and work shifts across Dallas-area partner clinics through the IndeVets scheduling app
- Practice across general practice, urgent care, emergency, surgery, or dentistry depending on placement
- Deliver clinical care that meets IndeVets' quality and excellence standards
- Take on 3 or 6-month placements based on your own scheduling preferences
- Collaborate with clinic teams and tap into IndeVets' internal clinical support network as needed
Requirements
- Active veterinary license valid in Texas
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Comfortable working across varied practice settings and clinic teams
- Able to commit to full-time scheduling (minimum 34 hours per week)
