About the role
UpLift is a virtual mental-health platform, and this 1099 role lets a Pennsylvania-licensed PMHNP see patients entirely by video on a flexible, part-time basis. You handle assessment, diagnosis, and medication management while UpLift takes care of credentialing and insurance enrollment. It suits a psychiatric NP who wants remote autonomy without the admin overhead.
Responsibilities
- Conduct video consultations and secure messaging with patients
- Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate
- Coordinate treatment planning with UpLift's therapist network
- Prescribe within state law while delivering empathetic, high-quality care
Requirements
- Active PMHNP certification and an unrestricted medical license in good standing
- Pennsylvania licensure (additional state licenses are a plus)
- Comfort prescribing psychiatric medications via telehealth
